“Unfortunately, today we have received the news that a criminal process has been opened, an investigative complaint for the disappearance of persons, unfortunately the person who was allegedly the victim of former President Evo Morales has not been found,” said the Minister of Government of Bolivia, Eduardo del Castillo.
He added that “they have already given me a poster of the search for missing persons in the department of Tarija, and once we have more information, we will make it known to you.”
