The criminal gang “El Tren Aragua” reaches the US border and disputes with Mexican mafias over migrant trafficking

The dangerous Venezuelan criminal gang “El Tren de Aragua” operates the mafia between Mexico and the United States through safe houses in El Paso, revealed the authorities of the Border Patrol and CBP.

The “Tren de Aragua” has joined the gangs that operate a network of safe houses for human trafficking, especially in El Paso, Texas; to the point that this mafia already disputes powerful Mexican cartels, such as the Sinaloa cartel, the routes for migrant trafficking on the border with the United States.

The Mexican media interviewed Landon Hutchens, public relations officer of the Office of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) of the United States, who commented that most of the criminal activity of human smuggling is handled by Mexican mafias such as La Empresa, La Línea and the Sinaloa Cartel, but the Venezuelan criminal gang “El Tren de Aragua” has joined them.
