Michoacán.- This is Armando Linares who was the director of the monitor portal in the Michoacán area. On January 31, Linares had reported the unfortunate murder of his colleague and collaborator Roberto Toledo who worked for the same portal. In the past two weeks he had made the complaint through a video that constantly received threats against him and also threats directly to the media in which he worked. In his statements on January 31, he also added that there were direct threats to the monitor portal and to his person. In this year from January to date there are already 8 journalists who have been murdered in the course of 3 months.
